No. We use a heavy-duty car trailer with a winch and ramps, not a tow truck. We do collect broken-down vehicles: tell us the make and model and where the vehicle is.

Every job is quoted. The price covers the whole trip, from our Randburg base to the collection point, the delivery and back to base, plus tolls, access, time and any special handling. Quotations are generally valid for seven days, subject to fuel-price adjustments, availability and any conditions stated in the quotation. Local jobs are paid before dispatch unless other terms are agreed.

Yes. Every trip is covered by our goods-in-transit insurance with King Price, up to R100,000 per trip, subject to the policy's terms, exclusions and excess. If the vehicle is worth more, tick the goods-in-transit box on the quote form and tell us its value, so we can quote extra cover for the trip before you book.

Yes. Our vehicles and trailer are fitted with Cartrack tracking, and you get a photo as proof of delivery when the job is done. Ask if you need the receiver to acknowledge delivery.
