What we offer
We move loads on a dedicated vehicle with a driver: urgent and same-day business deliveries, pallets (including palletised building materials), car and equipment transport on a heavy-duty car trailer, furniture removals and household moves, and dedicated long-distance trips from Gauteng. Our primary service is dedicated transport, giving your load exclusive use of the booked vehicle. Shared-load options may also be available by prior arrangement. For bigger and heavier loads within Gauteng, we can arrange a 32-ton flatbed tri-axle truck with a Moffett through our trusted transport network, subject to availability and load suitability. We are not a parcel courier, and we do not offer cross-border transport. Each service page describes what is included, the vehicles we use and what we do not offer. Start at our services.
Prices and payment
- Every job is priced individually and quoted in writing: no price is calculated automatically. Your quote lists every charge that applies to your job. Quotations are generally valid for seven days, subject to fuel-price adjustments, availability and any conditions stated in the quotation. Once a booking is confirmed, the price does not change unless the job changes. How our pricing works explains what goes into a quote.
- We prefer payment by EFT. Cash is possible by prior arrangement. If we send you a payment link, you can pay by the methods shown on the secure checkout page.
- Local jobs are paid in full before we send the vehicle, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Long-distance jobs need a 75% deposit before we send the vehicle and the remaining 25% on delivery.
- Approved businesses can apply for a monthly account. See transport for businesses.

Complaints
Please tell us first. Email info@loadandgo.co.za or WhatsApp 067 419 3563 with your quote or booking details, and we will work with you to put it right.
If we cannot resolve it, the Consumer Protection Act (section 69) lets you refer the matter to an ombud with jurisdiction (for example the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud: info@cgso.org.za, 0860 000 272), to the consumer court of your province, to another alternative dispute resolution agent, or to the National Consumer Commission, or to approach a court once those routes are used up.
