General

What does Load & Go Logistics do?

Load & Go Logistics is a dedicated transport company based in Randburg, Johannesburg. We move urgent business loads, running and non-running vehicles and equipment, and household furniture across Gauteng, and run dedicated long-distance trips from Gauteng to places such as Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Polokwane and Welkom.

Our focus is loads that don't fit a courier network and don't justify a full-size truck. See all our services.

Are you a parcel courier?

No. We provide a dedicated vehicle for your load, not a place in a parcel network. That suits urgent stock, pallets, machinery, vehicles, oversized items and furniture.

For a small parcel, especially over a long distance, a dedicated vehicle isn't always financially practical, and a parcel courier will usually suit you better.

Where are you based, and which areas do you cover?

Our base is at 4 Peter Road, Moret, Randburg, Johannesburg. We work across Gauteng, including Johannesburg, Sandton, Centurion, Pretoria, Midrand, the East Rand and the West Rand, and we run dedicated long-distance trips from Gauteng to other parts of South Africa.

See where we work for the full list of areas.

When do you work?

We work 24/7/365, and urgent transport is available after hours, on weekends and on public holidays, subject to availability. Urgent and time-sensitive requests are our focus.

After-hours, weekend and public-holiday jobs may carry an extra charge.

How do you work out the price?

Our pricing is distance-based over the whole trip: the vehicle travels from our Randburg base to your collection point, delivers your load and returns to base. The quote also reflects the vehicle, the load, loading help, tolls, access and urgency.

You receive a personalised written quotation before confirming your booking. Quotations are generally valid for 7 days, subject to changes in fuel prices, availability and any changes to the original transport requirements. See how our pricing works.

Is Load & Go Logistics a registered company?

Yes. Load & Go Logistics is a private company registered with CIPC under registration number 2025/864432/07. We started trading in 2025 and are based at 4 Peter Road, Moret, Randburg.

If you've found a business with a similar name, check the registration number and address. Read more about us.

Who drives my load?

Our own fleet is operated by employed, vetted drivers. For selected larger loads, we arrange transport through trusted external transport partners.

Our standard transport service includes a driver responsible for transporting and safely securing the load. Loading and offloading assistance can be arranged at an additional charge unless expressly included in the written quotation.

For bigger and heavier loads within Gauteng, we can arrange a 32-ton flatbed tri-axle truck with a Moffett through our trusted transport network, subject to availability and load suitability.

Are your vehicles tracked, and do I get proof of delivery?

Yes. Our vehicles and our car trailer are fitted with Cartrack tracking. After every job we send photographic proof of delivery, and we can arrange a delivery acknowledgement from the person receiving the load when you need one. Our delivery policy explains how collection and delivery work.

What vehicles do you use?

A Mahindra S4 bakkie (approx. 1,000 kg payload, approx. 2.0 m × 1.5 m load bed), a short-wheelbase Mercedes-Benz Vito enclosed van (approx. 1,200 kg stated payload), and a heavy-duty double-axle car trailer towed by the bakkie, with an approx. 5.0 m × 2.0 m deck, a winch, ramps and securing straps. The trailer has a gross trailer rating of 3,500 kg; the permitted cargo weight is confirmed for each job. We also have a pallet jack, and our vehicles are fitted with Cartrack tracking.

Payloads are approximate and confirmed for each job. For bigger and heavier loads within Gauteng, we can arrange a 32-ton flatbed tri-axle truck with a Moffett through our trusted transport network, subject to availability and load suitability.

Where can I read reviews of Load & Go Logistics?

On Google. When we last checked, on 20 October 2026, Load & Go Logistics had a 5.0 rating from 7 Google reviews, including reviews from business customers. Read the reviews on Google.

Booking and timing

How do I book transport?

Send us the full collection and delivery addresses, the date and time, and the load: for a move, a list of every item and how many; for other loads, the goods, quantity, weight and dimensions. Use the quote form, WhatsApp 067 419 3563 or email info@loadandgo.co.za. A photo of the load helps.

We reply with a personalised written quote; no price is calculated automatically. Once you accept it and we have your payment or proof of payment, the booking is confirmed.

Can you collect today?

We can when a vehicle and driver are available. There's no fixed same-day cut-off for local jobs: we assess each request on the collection and delivery locations, vehicle availability and urgency. For an urgent job, call or WhatsApp 067 419 3563.

How far ahead should I book a long-distance trip?

Book in advance. Ideally, confirm the booking by about 18:00 the day before; this is a guideline, not a strict cut-off. Urgent long-distance requests are assessed individually. See long-distance transport.

Do you help with loading and offloading?

Our standard transport service includes a driver responsible for transporting and safely securing the load. Loading and offloading assistance can be arranged at an additional charge unless expressly included in the written quotation. Customers must inform us of any stairs, long carrying distances, difficult access or additional loading requirements when requesting a quotation.

Packing services are not included but may be arranged on request, subject to availability.

Can I use your form or WhatsApp to apply for work or offer services?

Please don't. Our forms, phone line and WhatsApp are for transport requests only, not for job applications, subcontracting, sales or insurance offers.

What transport don't you offer?

We specialise in dedicated transport rather than standard small-parcel courier services. We do not offer cross-border transport, livestock transport, specialised heavy haulage or loose bulk-material deliveries such as sand, gravel and stone. Palletised building materials may be transported subject to weight, dimensions and vehicle suitability.

For goods we don't transport, see our dangerous goods and prohibited items list.

What if I need to cancel or change a booking?

Tell us as soon as possible. Changes to the agreed load or to the collection and delivery arrangements can change the price. Our cancellations and refunds policy sets out what applies if you cancel.

Pricing and payment

Why don't you publish a price list?

Because every transport job is different. The price depends on the collection and delivery addresses, the weight and size of the load, labour, urgency and vehicle availability. We'd rather give you an accurate written quote than show a fixed price that doesn't fit your job.

Every job, from a single urgent delivery to a long-distance trip, is quoted individually and in writing.

Why is the trip back to your base part of the price?

Because the vehicle has to come from our base in Randburg to your collection point, and return to base after delivery. Our distance-based pricing covers that whole trip, not only the distance between your two addresses.

What extra charges can apply?

Depending on the booking, extra charges may apply for:

  • waiting time (the first 30 minutes are free)
  • after-hours collections or deliveries
  • weekends and public holidays
  • toll roads
  • loading and offloading assistance, unless it is included in your quotation
  • stairs, difficult access or long carrying distances
  • additional stops
  • overnight accommodation
  • special equipment or handling
  • changes to the agreed load or collection and delivery arrangements

For a higher-value load, your quote confirms what cover applies; if more cover is needed, we tell you how it can be arranged. We try to be reasonable about minor delays and don't automatically charge for every small one.

Do your prices include VAT?

We're not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.

How and when do I pay?

EFT is our preferred payment method, and cash is possible by prior arrangement.

  • Local jobs: paid in full before dispatch. Where we've agreed it beforehand, a balance can be settled on delivery, before the driver leaves.
  • Long-distance trips: a 75% deposit before dispatch and the remaining 25% on delivery.
  • Approved business accounts: paid on an agreed monthly statement date.
How long is a quote valid?

Quotations are generally valid for seven days, subject to fuel-price adjustments, availability and any conditions stated in the quotation. If the load, the addresses or the timing change, the price may change too.

Business accounts

Can my business get a monthly account?

Yes, if your business is approved. Monthly accounts are paid on an agreed monthly statement date, rather than 30 days from each invoice. Approval depends on the business, expected transport volume, creditworthiness and agreed payment terms. Credit limits and any minimum monthly spend are assessed individually.

Apply for a business account.

Do you do scheduled or recurring deliveries for businesses?

Yes, on request. We can set up daily or weekly scheduled deliveries, recurring collection and delivery runs, and a dedicated vehicle and driver for your business, short term or longer term, subject to vehicle availability. Each arrangement is agreed in writing.

Pricing depends on route distances, the vehicle, frequency, cargo, working hours and loading or offloading requirements.

Do you offer contract logistics?

As a transport service, on request. We can agree a contract transport arrangement with your business: a dedicated vehicle and driver, scheduled deliveries and recurring runs, priced on your routes, the vehicle, frequency, cargo, working hours and loading needs. It depends on vehicle availability, and each arrangement is agreed in writing.

Tell us what you move and how often, and we'll price an arrangement. See transport for businesses.

What can you deliver for my business?

Business stock and supplies, palletised goods (including palletised building materials such as bricks, tiles and cement), machinery, tools and equipment, automotive and industrial parts, documents and smaller urgent consignments, and oversized or odd-shaped items that don't suit a standard courier.

Our focus is loads that are too big for a conventional courier but don't justify hiring a full-size truck.

Can you do urgent deliveries for my business?

Yes, when a vehicle and driver are available. There's no fixed same-day cut-off for local jobs: we assess each request on the collection and delivery locations, vehicle availability and urgency. We work 24/7/365, and urgent transport is available after hours, on weekends and on public holidays, subject to availability.

See same-day and urgent delivery.

Which businesses do you work with?

Two of our recurring business customers are Amptex Projects (electrical contracting and project services) and Agapé Enterprise (fire-related services).

We also do once-off jobs for other businesses.

What company details can you give us for our supplier records?

Our company registration number is 2025/864432/07, and we're not VAT registered, so our invoices carry no VAT. If your supplier file needs other documents, ask us what we can provide.

How do I apply for a business account?

Use the application on our For business page, or choose "Regular business deliveries" in the quote form. Tell us your company name, typical routes, how often you need transport and what you move.

We'll discuss the terms with you before an account is set up.

Can you deliver building supplies to a site for my business?

Yes, when they're palletised. We deliver palletised building materials, such as bricks, tiles and cement, to sites and premises within our vehicle and trailer limits, subject to weight, dimensions and vehicle suitability. Send the number of pallets, their size and weight, and the site address.

We don't offer loose bulk-material deliveries such as sand, gravel and stone.

Same-day & urgent delivery

Is there a cut-off time for same-day delivery?

No fixed cut-off. We assess each request on the collection point, the destination, vehicle availability and urgency, and tell you what's possible before you book.

Is this a parcel delivery service?

No. We send a dedicated vehicle and driver for your load, not a parcel network. That suits urgent, bulky or odd-shaped business loads. For a small parcel that isn't urgent, a parcel service is usually more economical.

What can you deliver on the same day?

Business stock and supplies, palletised goods, machinery, tools and equipment, automotive and industrial parts, documents and small urgent consignments, and oversized or odd-shaped items. Payloads are approximate: about 1,000 kg on the Mahindra S4 bakkie and about 1,200 kg (stated) on the Mercedes-Benz Vito van, confirmed per job.

Do you deliver on weekends, public holidays and after hours?

Yes. We work 24/7/365, and urgent transport is available after hours, on weekends and on public holidays, subject to availability. After-hours, weekend and public-holiday work may carry an extra charge, which is included in your quote.

Who loads and offloads the delivery?

Our standard transport service includes a driver responsible for transporting and safely securing the load. Loading and offloading assistance can be arranged at an additional charge unless expressly included in the written quotation. Customers must inform us of any stairs, long carrying distances, difficult access or additional loading requirements when requesting a quotation.

How will I know my delivery has arrived?

Our vehicles are fitted with Cartrack tracking, and you get a photo as proof of delivery when the job is done. If you need the receiver to acknowledge delivery, ask and we'll arrange it.

How much does an urgent delivery cost, and when do I pay?

Each run is quoted on the whole trip: from our Randburg base to the collection point, the delivery, and back to base, plus tolls, access, time and any extras. Quotations are generally valid for seven days, subject to fuel-price adjustments, availability and any conditions stated in the quotation. Local jobs are paid in full by EFT before dispatch, unless other terms have been agreed; cash is possible by prior arrangement.

Is my load insured while you deliver it?

Yes. Every trip is covered by our goods-in-transit insurance with King Price, up to R100,000 per trip, subject to the policy's terms, exclusions and excess. If your load is worth more, tick the goods-in-transit box on the quote form and tell us its value, so we can quote extra cover for the trip before you book.

Read more about our goods-in-transit cover.

How do I book an urgent delivery?

Use the quote form on this page, or call or WhatsApp 067 419 3563 with the pickup, the drop-off, what the load is and its approximate size and weight. A photo of the load helps.

Pallet transport

How many pallets can you take in one trip?

The number of pallets we can transport depends on their dimensions, weight and the vehicle used.

Our transport options include:

  • Mahindra S4 bakkie: Approximately 1,000 kg stated payload, subject to vehicle limits.
  • Mercedes-Benz Vito: Approximately 1,200 kg stated payload, subject to vehicle limits.
  • Double-axle trailer (5 m × 2 m): Up to 8 standard-sized pallets, subject to dimensions, weight distribution, legal carrying capacity and safe loading requirements.
  • 32-ton flatbed with Moffett: Available for larger and heavier pallet loads within Gauteng only, subject to availability.

Send us the number of pallets, their dimensions and approximate weight, and we'll recommend the most suitable vehicle.

Do you have a pallet jack?

Yes. We have a pallet jack and securing straps. Please let us know whether a forklift or loading dock is available at collection and delivery, and whether there are any steps, slopes or access restrictions, so we can arrange suitable loading and offloading.

Is this a pallet courier service?

Load & Go Logistics primarily provides dedicated pallet transport, meaning a vehicle is allocated specifically to your delivery rather than your goods moving through a conventional courier network.

Shared-load transport may also be available by prior arrangement, depending on the route, scheduling, available space and suitability of the goods.

Can you deliver pallets on the same day?

Same-day is possible when a vehicle and driver are available. There is no fixed cut-off: we assess each request on the collection point, the destination, vehicle availability and urgency.

Which areas do you cover for pallet deliveries?

We provide pallet transport throughout Gauteng from our Randburg base, including Johannesburg, Sandton, Midrand, Centurion, Pretoria, the East Rand and the West Rand, and dedicated long-distance transport from Gauteng to destinations elsewhere in South Africa, booked in advance.

The outsourced 32-ton flatbed with a Moffett is available within Gauteng only.

How is pallet transport priced?

Every pallet transport job is quoted individually based on the total trip distance from our Randburg base, the number, dimensions and weight of the pallets, the vehicle required, loading arrangements and any additional services.

Quotations are generally valid for seven days, subject to fuel-price adjustments, availability and any conditions stated in the quotation.

Do you offer accounts for regular pallet deliveries?

Yes, for approved businesses: a monthly account paid on an agreed statement date. Daily or weekly scheduled deliveries can be set up on request, subject to vehicle availability. Approval depends on the business, the expected volume, creditworthiness and the terms agreed.

Are my pallets insured in transit?

Yes. Every trip is covered by our goods-in-transit insurance with King Price, up to R100,000 per trip, subject to the policy's terms, exclusions and excess. If your pallets are worth more, tick the goods-in-transit box on the quote form and tell us their value, so we can quote extra cover for the trip before you book.

Read more about our goods-in-transit cover.

Can you transport palletised building materials?

Yes. We transport palletised bricks, cement, tiles and other building materials, subject to vehicle capacity and load suitability.

For larger or heavier deliveries within Gauteng, we can also arrange a 32-ton flatbed with a Moffett forklift.

We do not transport loose bulk materials such as sand, gravel or stone.

Bakkie or van with driver

Can I hire the bakkie without a driver?

No. Our bakkie and van always come with our driver; we don't offer self-drive rental.

Which vehicles can I hire with a driver?

The Mahindra S4 bakkie (approx. 1,000 kg payload) or the short-wheelbase Mercedes-Benz Vito enclosed van (approx. 1,200 kg stated payload). Payloads are confirmed per job.

Does the driver help with loading?

Our service includes a driver who ensures your load is safely secured for transportation. Loading and offloading assistance can be arranged at an additional charge, depending on the requirements of the job. Please inform us of any stairs, long carrying distances or additional stops when requesting your quotation.

Can the driver make more than one stop?

Yes. Extra stops can be added to the trip, and they are priced into your quote.

How much does a bakkie with a driver cost?

There is no fixed rate. Each job is quoted on the whole trip, from our Randburg base to the collection point, the delivery and back to base, plus tolls, access, time and any extras. Quotations are generally valid for seven days, subject to fuel-price adjustments, availability and any conditions stated in the quotation.

Where do you work?

From our Randburg base across Gauteng, including Johannesburg, Sandton, Pretoria and Centurion. Loads for other provinces travel on dedicated long-distance trips from Gauteng.

Can I book a bakkie with a driver on a weekend?

Yes. We work 24/7/365, and urgent transport is available after hours, on weekends and on public holidays, subject to availability. Weekend, public-holiday and after-hours work may carry an extra charge.

How do I book and pay?

Use the quote form on this page, or call or WhatsApp 067 419 3563. Local jobs are paid in full by EFT before dispatch, unless other terms have been agreed; cash is possible by prior arrangement.

Car & equipment transport

Can you transport a car that doesn't run?

Yes. Our vehicle transport covers running and non-running cars and other vehicles, including breakdown-related collections, from Randburg across Gauteng. They travel on a heavy-duty car trailer with a winch, ramps and securing straps. It is a trailer with a winch, not a tow truck.

How big is your car trailer?

Approximately 5.0 m × 2.0 m. It's a heavy-duty double-axle car trailer fitted with a winch, loading ramps and securing straps, towed by our Mahindra S4 bakkie.

What is the maximum weight you can carry?

Our heavy-duty double-axle trailer has a gross trailer rating of 3,500 kg and a load deck measuring approximately 5.0 m × 2.0 m. The permitted cargo weight is confirmed for each job based on the trailer, towing vehicle, load distribution and applicable legal limits, so we confirm it from the make and model before you book.

Can you transport a Bobcat or a generator?

Certain generators, compact machinery and smaller Bobcats, yes, when the dimensions, weight and loading requirements suit the trailer. Send the make and model, the approximate weight and the dimensions.

Is this a tow truck service?

No. We use a heavy-duty car trailer with a winch and ramps, not a tow truck. We do collect broken-down vehicles: tell us the make and model and where the vehicle is.

How much does car transport cost?

Every job is quoted. The price covers the whole trip, from our Randburg base to the collection point, the delivery and back to base, plus tolls, access, time and any special handling. Quotations are generally valid for seven days, subject to fuel-price adjustments, availability and any conditions stated in the quotation. Local jobs are paid before dispatch unless other terms are agreed.

Is the vehicle insured while you transport it?

Yes. Every trip is covered by our goods-in-transit insurance with King Price, up to R100,000 per trip, subject to the policy's terms, exclusions and excess. If the vehicle is worth more, tick the goods-in-transit box on the quote form and tell us its value, so we can quote extra cover for the trip before you book.

Read more about our goods-in-transit cover.

Is the trailer tracked during the trip?

Yes. Our vehicles and trailer are fitted with Cartrack tracking, and you get a photo as proof of delivery when the job is done. Ask if you need the receiver to acknowledge delivery.

Furniture removals & household moves

What size moves do you do?

Single items of furniture, student accommodation, bachelor flats and apartments, and complete two- and three-bedroom homes, subject to load volume, weight and vehicle availability. Larger household moves may require multiple trips.

Which vehicles do you use for moves?

Moves travel on our Mahindra S4 bakkie (approx. 1,000 kg payload, approx. 2.0 m × 1.5 m load bed), our heavy-duty double-axle trailer (approx. 5.0 m × 2.0 m load deck, rated at 3,500 kg, with legal carrying capacity confirmed per job) and our enclosed Mercedes-Benz Vito (approx. 1,200 kg stated payload). Payloads are confirmed per job, and your quote says which vehicles the move needs. We don't use large removal trucks, so a larger move may take more than one trip.

Do you pack and wrap furniture?

Packing services are not included but may be arranged on request, subject to availability. If packing isn't arranged, please pack and wrap before moving day. Loading and offloading assistance is available at an additional charge.

Do you help with loading and carrying?

Our standard transport service includes a driver responsible for transporting and safely securing the load. Loading and offloading assistance can be arranged at an additional charge unless expressly included in the written quotation. Customers must inform us of any stairs, long carrying distances, difficult access or additional loading requirements when requesting a quotation.

Do you do student moves?

Yes. We have completed several student accommodation moves around Yellowstone Village in Centurion, and we move students anywhere in Gauteng.

How much does a move cost?

Every move is quoted; we don't publish fixed prices. All moves are individually quoted based on the distance, furniture volume and services required: the whole trip from our Randburg base and back, plus tolls, access, time, loading help and any extras. Quotations are generally valid for seven days, subject to fuel-price adjustments, availability and any conditions stated in the quotation.

When do I pay for my move?

Local jobs are paid in full by EFT before dispatch, unless other terms have been agreed; cash is possible by prior arrangement. A balance on delivery is possible only where it has been agreed beforehand.

Can you move me on a weekend or public holiday?

Yes, subject to vehicle and driver availability. Weekend and public-holiday moves may carry an extra charge.

Which areas do you cover for moves?

We're based in Randburg and move households across Johannesburg, Sandton, Pretoria, Centurion and the rest of Gauteng. For moves further afield, we run dedicated long-distance transport from Gauteng, quoted per trip.

Is my furniture insured during the move?

Yes. Every trip is covered by our goods-in-transit insurance with King Price, up to R100,000 per trip, subject to the policy's terms, exclusions and excess. Read more about our goods-in-transit cover.

Long-distance transport

Which long-distance routes do you cover?

Dedicated trips from Gauteng, including Johannesburg to Durban and Johannesburg to Cape Town, but not only those routes. We also go to Bloemfontein and to smaller towns and destinations such as Polokwane, Witbank (eMalahleni), Ventersdorp and Welkom, and many others. Each trip is quoted on its own.

How far ahead must I book a long-distance trip?

Book in advance, ideally confirmed by about 18:00 the day before. This is a guideline, not a strict cut-off: urgent long-distance requests are assessed individually.

How do I pay for a long-distance trip?

A 75% deposit before dispatch and the remaining 25% on delivery. EFT is preferred; cash is possible by prior arrangement.

Do you have fixed rates from Johannesburg to Durban or Cape Town?

No. Each trip is quoted on the whole journey, from our Randburg base to collection, the delivery and back, plus tolls, access, time and any extras such as overnight accommodation. Quotations are generally valid for seven days, subject to fuel-price adjustments, availability and any conditions stated in the quotation.

What kind of loads do you take long distance?

Loads that justify a dedicated trip: machinery, stock and equipment for businesses, and bulky or odd-shaped items. For example, we have moved a 5,000-litre tank from Johannesburg to Cape Town.

Can you take a small parcel to Durban or Cape Town?

A dedicated vehicle is designed for loads that justify their own trip. For a single small parcel, a dedicated long-distance trip is not always financially practical, and a parcel service will usually cost less.

Can my goods travel with other customers' loads to save money?

Our primary service is dedicated transport, giving your load exclusive use of the booked vehicle. Shared-load options may also be available by prior arrangement. For long-distance work, that depends on the route, scheduling, available space and suitability of the goods, so ask when you request a quote.

Do you transport across the border?

No. Cross-border transport isn't offered. Our long-distance trips start in Gauteng and go to destinations in South Africa.

Is my load insured on a long trip?

Areas

Which areas in Gauteng do you cover?

All of Gauteng, from our base in Randburg. That includes Johannesburg and its suburbs, Randburg, Sandton, Centurion, Pretoria, Midrand, the East Rand, the West Rand, Alberton, Germiston, Boksburg, Kempton Park, Benoni, Springs, Krugersdorp, Roodepoort, Nigel, Meyerton and the Vaal Triangle.

Do you charge more for some areas?

There's no fixed surcharge just because an address is in a particular suburb. The quote reflects the total trip distance, tolls, access, travel time and any special requirements. Remote or difficult-to-access locations may cost more.

Do you go outside Gauteng?

Yes, on dedicated long-distance trips from Gauteng, and not only on the Johannesburg to Durban and Johannesburg to Cape Town routes. We also go to Bloemfontein and to smaller towns and destinations such as Polokwane, Witbank (eMalahleni), Ventersdorp and Welkom, and many others. Each trip is quoted individually, and we ask for advance booking, ideally confirmed by about 18:00 the day before (a guideline, not a strict cut-off). We don't offer cross-border transport.

See long-distance transport.

Cover

Is my load covered while it's in transit?

Yes. Every trip is covered by our goods-in-transit insurance with King Price, up to R100,000 per trip, subject to the policy's terms, exclusions and excess.

Any limit on our liability for your goods is stated in writing on your quote, which you see before you pay.
